Washington Post has a review of the Pocket Dish AV700E. The reviewer didn’t like it too much. He complains of too many buttons, a dozen in all, the menus either show too much or too little information, slow response at times, and problems with the connection between the AV700E and the Dish DVR.Alright, so the AV700E isn’t perfect, but according to their article, new Dish customers who purchase the Dish Player DVR 942 can get the AV700E for only $250. (Note: I couldn’t find this deal on Dish Network’s website.) If you can get it for $250, it is an amazing deal since the regular price is $599.Since a review can be very subjective, I have another review of the Archos AV700.
