According to an article published by the bizjournals.com, News Corp. has reportedly agreed to a deal with Liberty Media Corp. where it will sell its controlling stake in DirecTV Group Inc. to Liberty in exchange for Liberty's stake in News Corp., according to Thursday news reports.
